Go to Settings, tap "Leagues", then "Manage Connection". Enter your Sleeper username and select your league.
Projections update during the NFL season. In the offseason, some data sources may not have current projections available.

PPR, Half PPR, and Standard scoring formats are supported. You can change the format in Settings or per-tab using the format picker.
Long-press your home screen, tap the "+" button, search for "Fantasy IQ", and add the widget. It shows your matchup projection and lineup verdicts.
