Fantasy IQ Companion is a fantasy football analysis app for iOS. Your privacy matters, and this policy explains exactly what data the app accesses, stores, and shares. The short version: everything stays on your device, and nothing is collected or shared.

Data Sources

Fantasy IQ Companion retrieves publicly available fantasy football data from the following third-party APIs:

Sleeper — league data and rosters
ESPN — league data and rosters
NFLVerse — player statistics and projections
DynastyProcess — dynasty trade values
The-Odds-API — betting odds and lines

All data retrieved from these services is publicly available. No private or authenticated user data is accessed from any third-party service, with the exception of Sleeper league data associated with your username (which is public by design on the Sleeper platform).

Information You Provide

The app may ask you for the following, all of which are stored locally on your device only:

Sleeper username — used to look up your leagues via the public Sleeper API
Sleeper league ID — used to fetch league-specific data
The-Odds-API key (optional) — used to fetch betting odds data on your behalf

No account creation is required. The app uses your existing Sleeper account information through publicly accessible APIs.

Data Stored on Your Device

The following data is stored locally on your device and never leaves it:

League configuration (Sleeper username and league ID)
Cached API responses (player data, statistics, projections)
Widget snapshot data for home screen widgets
Your Odds API key, if provided

You can clear all locally stored data at any time by deleting the app.

Data Collection and Sharing

Fantasy IQ Companion does not:

Collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers
Share or sell any data to third parties
Include any analytics, tracking, or advertising frameworks
Use cookies or similar tracking technologies
Create user profiles or fingerprints

Children's Privacy

Fantasy IQ Companion does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
